The following is common faults and trouble shooting methods:

1, Sudden breakdown

Causes:

1）Discharge port blocking

2）Belt slipping

3）Eccentric shaft lining looseness

4） Low voltage

5）Bearing failure

Troubleshooting

1）Make sure of smooth material discharge

2）Fix or change belt

3）Improve voltage

4）Change bearings

2, Poppethead swing

Causes:

1）Wear or looseness of flat key or bearing

2）Line pulley shell cracking

3）Casting flaw

4）Sleeve looseness

Trouble shooting:

Change flat key or eccentric shaft and fly wheel trough

3, Spring fracture

Cause: Light spring tension

Remedy: Replace spring

4,Operation ceases with normal movable jaw operation

Causes:

1）Spring tension

2）Connecting rod breakage

3）Bracket closure or breakdown

Remedy

1）Replace spring;

2）Replace connecting rod;

3）Re-install or replace bracket
